The Role
* Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (paid, email, outbound)
* Build a repeatable, data-led pipeline engine using tools like HubSpot, Clearbit, and Apollo
* Partner closely with Sales and Product Marketing to deliver qualified opportunities
* Optimise lead workflows, enrichment, and reporting for accuracy and insight
* Measure, analyse, and continually refine campaign performance to accelerate growth
Desired Skills & Experience
* B2B growth or demand generation experience (AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS preferred)
* Strong grasp of CRM, automation, and enrichment tools (HubSpot, Clay, Clearbit, Apollo)
* Analytical and strategic mindset - comfortable with metrics, attribution, and pipeline impact
* Excellent communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills
* Experience with outbound and ABM tactics a plus
