As Project Manager in the P&DS department, you will lead complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule adherence. You will coordinate internal teams and external contractors, manage risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders. The role involves planning, resource assessment, budgeting, and mentoring project teams, with a focus on delivering value to clients and maintaining high standards. You will work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment while aligning with JLL’s mission to shape a brighter world.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive project plans and communications documents
• Set clear expectations and communicate them to team members and stakeholders
• Estimate resources and participants required to achieve goals
• Draft and manage budgets and recommend changes as needed
• Assess staffing and consultant needs; escalate to senior management as appropriate
• Delegate tasks and manage team performance and accountability
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
• Manage dependencies and critical path; plan timelines and milestones
• Track milestones and deliverables; prepare progress reports and presentations
• Plan for changes in scope, anticipate crises, and design contingency plans
• Define success criteria and share with all involved parties
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors
• Build and nurture business relationships essential to project success
Responsabilidades
• Education in Architect/ Technical Architect, Engineer or similar
• 5 years' experience in a similar position
• 8 years' experience in the construction sector
• Essential knowledge of CTE and standards/regulations
• Proven xpzdshu ability to deliver projects on scope, budget, and timeline
• Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
• Strong communication and management of multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience dealing directly with clients
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD, Project, TCQ/Presto
• Organised analytical thinker with structured reporting
• Installation knowledge and experience preferred; familiarity with installation processes and safety/compliance
• PMP certification preferred
