Job Description
About the team
As part of the Global Product Insights team, you will lead user research initiatives within a specific product area, participate in strategic research, and mentor three other researchers.
Impact on our mission
* Lead Product Insights: Identify research needs, plan, conduct, and report findings to inform product decisions.
* Mentor and Develop: Support other researchers' growth and align with strategic goals.
* Market and Customer Analysis: Conduct research to understand trends and behaviors to guide product and UX decisions.
* Design and Lead Experiments: Develop and analyze experiments to support product decisions.
* Research Expertise: Use diverse methods to gather insights from users and potential customers.
* Collaborate with Data Analysts: Combine data analysis with research insights to enhance impact.
* Influence Product Development: Work closely to incorporate research findings into all stages of the product lifecycle.
* Identify Opportunities and Challenges: Stay ahead of market and legislative changes with proactive research.
* Refine Processes: Continuously improve research methodologies for quality insights.
Qualifications
* Fluency in Spanish and English
* 5-7 years of experience in product research, including digital product development
* Expertise in qualitative methodologies and experience with web analytics and quantitative tools
* Experience with market research
* Collaborative experience with designers, data analysts, product managers, and engineers
* Passion for digital products, technology, and innovative design
* Skills in analyzing customer journeys and KPIs
* Ability to prioritize research activities based on impact and effort
* Experience with iterative user research
* Growth mindset and eagerness to learn
