Position OverviewWe seek a detail-oriented professional experienced in configuring and administering IFS Cloud FSM. Responsibilities include workflow configuration, system optimization, user training, and promoting platform adoption organization-wide.
Key Responsibilities
System Configuration and Support:
Configure FSM modules, optimize workflows, and support testing cycles.
Training and Change Management:
Develop training programs, create documentation, and support user engagement.
Data Management and Reporting:
Ensure data accuracy, develop dashboards (e.G., Power BI), and analyze usage.
Continuous Improvement and Support:
Participate in upgrades, monitor system performance, and stay updated on IFS Cloud features.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience with IFS FSM or similar platforms.
Experience with cloud-based ERP/FSM systems, ideally IFS Cloud.
Proficiency with ClickLearn, Power BI, SQL Server, and basic transact-SQL.
IFS FSM certification preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
