What You´ll Do:
* Handle incoming calls from boutiques and shops, providing prompt solutions to customer inquiries.
* Log call details in our management systems and ensure responses meet SLA requirements.
* Maintain expert knowledge of our products and applications to provide accurate guidance.
* Ensure all contractual service level agreements are consistently met.
What We´re Looking For:
* Is proficient or bilingual in Dutch and has an advanced level of English.
* Puts the customer first and has exceptional customer-care skills.
* Can effectively qualify customer needs to provide comprehensive support.
* Has working knowledge of IT platforms, Windows, and MS Office applications.
