Our long-term focus emphasizes growth and skill development for our 800+ staff. By joining our Inside Sales and Account Management teams, you'll be central to our B2B2C acquisition strategy, managing our largest SMB team responsible for acquiring the most clients and making strategic impacts.
As a Head of Sales and AM, SMB France, you will:
* Build an efficient sales organization to enhance efficiency, ownership, and accountability.
* Recruit, train, and manage high-performing team leads, inside sales, and account managers for inbound and outbound growth initiatives.
* Mentor your team to meet and exceed monthly targets.
* Assess performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Develop new business verticals and provide feedback on performance.
* Lead onboarding programs for new sellers.
* Collaborate with leadership to set OKRs and sales goals.
* Exceed sales targets and drive revenue activities.
* Implement sales coaching, planning, and forecasting strategies.
* Develop market-specific sales training initiatives.
* Coordinate with regional and HQ teams on strategy and execution.
About you:
* 6-7 years in sales, with 3-4 years in management.
* 1-2 years managing managers.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience managing large teams and sales initiatives.
* Results-driven with a successful sales record.
* Proficient in French and English, with international experience.
* Knowledge of French real estate and banking sectors; real estate experience is a plus.
