Key responsibilities include managing and allocating accounts, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and reporting.ResponsibilitiesSupervise the monthly financial closing processes and financial reporting to the headquarters, in accordance with group standardsPrepare and report financial and operational KPIs (sales, margins, costs, profitability by product, project, or client)Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with local regulations (Plan Comptable Général - PCG) and international standards (IFRS), ensuring compliance with the group's accounting criteriaCoordinate financial planning and budgeting, including variance analysis, periodic forecasting, and control of fixed and variable costsProvide financial analysis and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
Assess the economic viability of new projects and contractsImplement and improve internal controls and risk management processes, aligned with the group's policies, tools, and proceduresParticipate in internal and external audits and periodic reviewsCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, commercial, and legal teams to optimize financial performanceOversee treasury management, financing needs, cash flow control, and preparation of cash forecastsDuring the first six months, the role involves spending most of the time in France to ensure proper project implementationQualificationsC2 level of French essentialHigh level of Spanish desirableUniversity degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics3 to 5 years of experience in financial control, audit, or accounting functions at a corporate or subsidiary level.
