Position Overview
This position is responsible for monitoring the production of all dialing platforms in addition to other applications and software. The Dialer Administrator works closely with the Operations team and other departments to ensure work standards are met, dialing schedules are on‐time and accurate, and company and regulatory policies are adhered to. The ideal candidate provides reporting that outlines the production of dialing agents and focuses on key performance indicators used to manage our business. The role also involves recommending best practices to enhance efficiencies and performance.
Position Responsibilities
Perform system configurations for multiple applications, install software on local and remote machines, and manage updates and upgrades to minimize downtime.
Provide daily operational support, education, and troubleshooting for software issues, errors, and downtime.
Prepare calling lists and load calling data into various CRM systems.
Develop expertise in the functions and capabilities of different calling platforms.
Work with external vendors to resolve critical performance or uptime issues and implement preventative measures.
Analyze system performance versus requirements and proactively provide ideas to increase performance, effectiveness, and efficiency.
Understand regulatory compliance requirements and manage audits and investigations to ensure systems remain compliant.
Provide helpdesk support to the organization, resolving tickets, projects, and critical incidents.
Schedule flexibility is required, especially during the launch of new projects or deployment of new software/software updates.
Perform other duties as required.
Candidate Qualifications
Technical training or combination of training and experience.
At least 4 years in a similar role.
Comfortable working with all Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Basic understanding of data principles; experience with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work on diverse projects simultaneously, requiring detailed analysis, creative/problem‐solving, time management, and sound judgment.
Ability to self‐motivate while operating effectively in a team‐oriented and collaborative environment.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will need to operate a computer, phone, copier, and printer, and may occasionally move around the office, reach in any direction, lift or lower objects, and exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
