You will be responsible for driving the B2C and B2B digital and media strategies for a key EMEA market, aligning with regional priorities and cross-market learnings. Your role ensures our job vacancies gain visibility with qualified candidates at optimal costs and that potential clients consider us for their recruitment needs. You will serve as the digital marketing subject matter expert for local and regional stakeholders, advising on strategy and deployment, media investments, and other digital projects.
Responsibilities:
* Business Partnering:
o Be the primary contact for digital and media inquiries, ensuring effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
o Act as a strategic liaison between internal teams and external vendors, translating business needs into actionable solutions and optimizing media impact.
* Reporting:
o Collaborate with analytics teams to deliver performance insights, identify optimization opportunities, and improve full-funnel performance.
o Produce and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to meet sourcing and lead targets.
o Maintain accurate internal reporting systems to support decision-making.
* Digital & Media Management:
o Develop and improve the market-specific digital and media strategy aligned with regional and global goals.
o Manage and optimize a portfolio of digital partners to reach quality candidates.
o Partner with Paid Media experts to expand audience reach through campaigns.
o Collaborate with the website team to optimize owned media channels (website, SEO, CRO) for better visibility and performance.
