The successful candidate will work closely with operations, IT, finance, and commercial teams to analyze business processes, optimize supply chain performance, and deliver data-driven insights that improve efficiency and service levels.This role is ideal for a self-driven professional with strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience in logistics or supply chain environments.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across logistics, warehousing, and transportation functionsAnalyze operational workflows (transport planning, last-mile delivery, inventory management, warehouse operations)Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable solutionsTranslate business needs into functional specifications for technical teamsSupport implementation of logistics systems (WMS, TMS, ERP integrations)Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational performancePerform cost-benefit analysis and impact assessmentsFacilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional alignment sessionsSupport change management and user acceptance testing (UAT)Required Qualifications~ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field~4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain~ Strong understanding of supply chain processes and distribution networks~ Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems~ Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills~ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills~ Fluency in Spanish and English
Preferred SkillsExperience working in high-volume logistics operationsKnowledge of process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio)Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Python is a plus)Experience in digital transformation or automation projectsAgile/Scrum exposure
