The Global Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing engaging, effective, and scalable digital learning experiences aligned with HBX Group’s strategic priorities. This role combines instructional design expertise, collaboration with stakeholders, and e-learning development to create bespoke learning content that enhances employee development and business performance.
Learning Design & Development
* Design and develop digital learning content including e-learning modules, videos, infographics, and animations.
* Develop blended learning experiences for programs such as onboarding, performance management, legal & compliance, and the Uni initiatives.
* Produce storyboards, scripts, and proposals that align with learning objectives and user needs.
* Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
* Upskill SMEs in rapid authoring tools and provide guidance on learner-centric design.
Project & Stakeholder Management
* Apply project management principles to plan, organize, and deliver learning solutions on time.
* Manage multiple projects and priorities across global teams and stakeholders.
* Design assessments (quizzes, knowledge checks) to measure learning effectiveness.
* Continuously research and apply best practices in instructional design and learning technologies.
* Support the adoption of new tools and innovations in digital learning.

* Proven experience in instructional design and digital content creation
* Proficiency in Articulate, Rise, and multimedia software
* Experience working in multinational, multilingual environments
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
