About the role. You will:
1. Be a part of consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies
2. Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and test developed solutions and support UATs
3. Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis
4. Test yourself in various roles performing varied tasks in an international environment
5. Be an active member of an Agile team, taking ownership for your topics
About the requirements. You need:
6. First experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
7. At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, economics, IT, or similar fields.
8. Great command of English language, being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers (at least C1 level).
9. Very good knowledge of German or French (at least B2/C1 level).
10. Understanding agile ways of working.
11. Proven ability to apply both intuitive and analytical reasoning to approach complex problems.
12. To be able to work in Spain and the European Union on a full-time basis.
About the wishes. Nice to haves:
13. Familiarity with insurance business processes
14. Experience working in fintech, consulting, implementation, or IT company, especially in the fields of insurance or bancassurance
15. Team leadership skills and management experience
16. Additional languages
17. While having the main office in Spain, you want to work with our Clients abroad, traveling up to 50% of your work time
