As part of Forvis Mazars’ strategic move to create a centralized service to serve clients across Europe, we have created our Center of Excellence (CoE) based in Barcelona.
We are looking for an HR professional with solid experience in recruitment who is eager to broaden their exposure to HR operations and grow into a Business Partner role.

About the role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in supporting both recruitment activities and day-to-day HR operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talent acquisition but is also motivated to expand their scope and gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle.
You will gradually increase your level of responsibility as you grow within the role.
Main Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from briefing with hiring managers to offer stage
- Support sourcing strategies, including active sourcing and talent mapping
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for key positions
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Participate in employer branding initiatives (events, university partnerships, digital presence)
HR Operations & Projects
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding day-to-day HR queries
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination of contracts, payroll and administrative registrations
- Assist in maintaining employee documentation and HR records
- Collaborate in implementing HR initiatives and process improvements
- Support the Head of HR in operational HR topics and ongoing projects
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition (ideally within professional services, consulting or similar environments)
- Strong interest in developing broader HR knowledge beyond recruitment
- Basic knowledge or exposure to Spanish labour law is a plus
- Good understanding of the Spanish talent market
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders
- Fluent in Spanish and English;
French is a plus
