We're Hiring: Director of Marketing (Email/SMS for DTC Brands)

We’re looking for a battle-tested Director of Marketing to join our retention marketing agency and take full ownership of client results across email & SMS. This isn’t a junior gig. We want someone who has either:
* Scaled marketing programs at a 7–9 figure e-commerce brand, or
* Led strategy and execution inside an agency working with DTC brands.
Your Mission:
You'll work hand-in-hand with the founders of the agency, and you’ll own every outcome related to retention, campaign strategy, and email/SMS revenue for our clients.
Your Responsibilities:
* Own strategy for each client, directly tied to their business goals
* Audit Klaviyo accounts, diagnose underperformance, and guide optimizations
* Lead and manage the creative execution team (copy, design, flows)
* Track KPIs and push initiatives forward with urgency
* Sit in on onboarding + strategy calls, then execute
* Hold yourself (and our team) accountable to results, not effort
What You Bring:
✅ Deep expertise in Klaviyo + lifecycle marketing
✅ Direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience is non-negotiable
✅ You’ve worked in fast-paced agencies or managed multiple DTC brands
✅ You think in outcomes and act with ownership
✅ You’re comfortable leading strategy and executing when needed
