Develop and implement the national sales strategy across Spain and Portugal in alignment with regional and global objectivesLead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ophthalmic surgeons, procurement teams, and hospital decision-makersIdentify new market opportunities and drive business expansion within surgical ophthalmologyMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisionsCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and regulatory teams to ensure successful product positioning and launchesManage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure effective resource allocationEnsure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies Requirements
Proven track record in sales leadership within the medical device or ophthalmology sectorStrong experience in surgical ophthalmology (e.g., IOLs, viscoelastics, surgical equipment) preferredDemonstrated xpzdshu ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams across multiple geographiesDeep understanding of the Iberian healthcare landscape, including public and private sectorsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsStrategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesFluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong advantageWillingness to travel extensively across Iberia Interested?Apply Now or reach out to Danny Laycock ( )
