We are looking for a highly motivated person to work as Customer Service and Marketing Assistant with fresh ideas who can help us to expand and improve Digital Image of the company.The candidate will be directly in touch and declare to the COO and CEO of the company. We want a responsible, creative person full of new ideas and skills to be able to implement new techniques that will save time and energy! - Customer Service - Communication by phone, email and WhatsApp.- Creation & Editing of PDF's, Presentations and Service Documents.- Service Offer - Offering our exclusive services to high end clients.- Social Media Accounts Development and Management.- Creation of content for listings and Documents.- Property viewings with clients and owners if required.- Organization of CRM, Email Marketing, Documents, PDF files etc.- Creation and management of Property Listings.- Meeting with clients for the signature or for general info.- Bringing new ideas and possibilities that can help the company and attract new clients.What candidate is perfect fit for the company?1st of all - Super quick learner and creative person, with new ideas who can always find shortcuts and solve problems in a creative way! A person who loves to experiment and find new ways to do things!- Organised, creative and innovative. You'll have specific timings and objectives, so being a good planner will help you achieve your goals.- Good IT skills. Microsoft Office and other applications, extensions and websites that can optimize and organize daily tasks.- Passionate about Digital Marketing, Customer Service and Luxury Real Estate.- Being fluent in English and Spanish is a must. Other languages are plus.- Excellent written and spoken communication skills;
