Job Description:
As a Spanish speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with diverse clientele through telephone, email, and online chats, primarily in the Spanish language. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment, processing relevant information into databases, nurturing customer relationships, and effectively resolving queries during your shifts. Additionally, you’ll be expected to tackle additional tasks assigned by managers or shift supervisors as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and online chats in Spanish
* Taking ownership of all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment
* Processing and organizing pertinent information into designated databases
* Building and managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
