Danish Speaking Onboarding Account Manager (Hybrid) – Barcelona

Join our dynamic team in vibrant Barcelona and work on an exciting project focused on Digital Marketing Ads. This role is tailored for individuals who can navigate the complexities of the Danish market, onboarding and engaging with high-potential companies, including possible future unicorns, in a tech-focused environment. This involves building strong relationships, driving product adoption, minimizing churn, and identifying opportunities for growth and advocacy within our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

* As a Danish-Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager, serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of new clients, guiding them through onboarding and helping them develop high-performing PPC campaigns.
* Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
* Detect customer objectives to offer adapted solutions for their needs.
* Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance.
* Increase ad spend and drive campaign upselling.
* Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
* Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
* Build strong relationships with clients and agencies, introducing them to additional digital marketing products.
* Provide expert consultancy to help businesses maximize ROI through targeted advertising campaigns.

What We\'re Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional with a passion for digital marketing and a deep understanding of the Danish business landscape.

Essential Qualifications

* BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
* Language Skills: Danish C2; English C1.
* Experience: 20 months of experience in sales and/or marketing, with prior client-facing experience in high-stakes environments.
* Demonstrated Abilities:
* Ability to work independently and meet goals with occasional supervision.
* Experience with managing customer data and using CRM tools.
* Ability to use AI tools to support daily tasks and improve outreach strategies.
* Clear and effective communication with different audiences.
* Comfortable working toward goals in a collaborative environment.
* Confidence in delivering presentations and writing professional content.
* Takes initiative with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
* Ability to work independently and contribute to team efforts; understands business goals and supports strategic planning.
* Able to analyze competitors and identify trends to support positioning.
* Focus on customer satisfaction and providing helpful support.

Specialized Skills for the Nordic Market

* Market understanding of the Nordic region, including cultural nuances and business practices.
* Strategic thinking to identify and target growth-potential companies.
* Problem-solving in complex contexts; analytical skills for market trends and customer data.
* Relationship building with key stakeholders.
* Cultural awareness of business etiquette to build rapport and trust.
* Stakeholder management across multiple agencies and skeptical customers.
* Knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem in each Nordic country; ability to position our solution as an integrated tool.
* Regulatory knowledge, including GDPR, to ensure compliant outreach.
* Ability to tailor outreach strategies respecting clients\' focus on data privacy.
