Would you like to continue your development as a Cooling Service and Commissioning Engineer in a multinational French company that specializes in energy management and automation?
The Cooling Service Representative is responsible for providing professional on-site services for a range of cooling products produced by the company, including commissioning, technical analysis, and resolving customer issues.
The role primarily focuses on complex and critical projects, including troubleshooting and on-site support for Cooling Equipment & Systems (air cooling, air- or water-cooled chillers, CRAC / CRAH units).
What are your core activities?
* Perform startup and commissioning on all equipment across the entire cooling product range.
* Evaluate unit installation quality (e.g., piping and hydraulic circuits for chillers).
* Assess system installation and operational conditions.
* Perform onsite adjustments to optimize unit performance.
* Identify failure causes related to quality, software, or operational issues (Root Cause Analysis).
* Properly document, label, and return defective parts for repair or disposal.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for cooling systems.
Requirements:
* Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
* At least 5 years of experience in commissioning or field service repair of HVAC or cooling equipment.
Experience with air cooling, air- or water-cooled chillers is essential. Experience with precision cooling, HVAC, generators, fire detection, and suppression systems is advantageous.
Proficiency with software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and Acrobat is required. Willingness to travel internationally up to 70% of the time.
