P We’re seeking a motivated and experienced b New Developments Sales Agent /b to oversee collaboration sales and support the sales strategy across all current and upcoming projects within b Engel Völkers Marbella Developments. /b /p p This role involves liaising with internal and external agents, coordinating viewings, managing leads, and representing multiple developments to collaborating partners and clients. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b : /p ulli Manage all collaboration sales activity for Azurean Marbella and other developments. /lili Coordinate with internal and external agents to ensure accurate project representation. /lili Manage CRM updates, lead assignment, and follow-up across multiple projects. /lili Conduct client viewings and presentations at both the main office and on-site as needed. /lili Provide weekly activity and performance reports. /lili Support project marketing through agent updates, listings, and digital content initiatives. /lili Build strong relationships with collaborators and maintain professional communication at all times. /lili Contribute ideas to improve lead generation, conversion, and client experience across projects. /li /ul pb Ideal Profile: /b /pp A dynamic communicator with strong coordination and client management skills, able to represent multiple developments professionally and effectively. /pp Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, understands the technical and emotional side of off-plan sales, and brings creative energy to growing the department’s reach and success. /p pb REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS: /b /ppb Required Skills ; Experience: /b /p ulli Minimum 1 year of experience in new development or off-plan sales. /lili Solid understanding of collaboration sales and project representation. /lili Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages a plus). /lili Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. /lili Organized and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously. /lili Familiar with CRM systems, reporting tools, and lead tracking. /lili Comfortable with social media and digital communication to support project visibility. /lili Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of initiative. /li /ul
