- You will handle complaints
- You will collect feedback from our customers, thereby supporting the success of SIXT and contributing your suggestions for improvement
- You are willing to work shifts, nights, and weekends
**YOUR SKILLS**:
- **Language skills** with fluent German and very good English (B2 or higher).
- **Customer experience** with proven ability in delivering excellent service.
- **Communication** with strong skills, empathy, and enjoyment in partner and customer interaction.
- **Problem-solving** with quick reactions to new situations and strong analytical ability.
- **Technical proficiency** with confidence in using PC and Microsoft Office.
