Experteer Overview In this role you will lead a team of Air Content Specialists to deliver competitive GDS and carrier inventory while partnering with IT, Product, and other teams to optimize booking performance. You will drive content expansion, monitor KPIs, and coach a cross-functional team to scale operations. You’ll shape supplier relationships and leverage AI to improve content accuracy and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-growing travel platform with a strong emphasis on data-driven improvements and collaboration.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Lead a team of ~8 Operations Specialists to deliver high-quality air content to customers - Collaborate with IT and Product to integrate new carriers, routes, and improve provider content - Monitor booking, ancillaries, and post-booking performance;
track bookability, conversion, errors - Analyze data to detect trends and root causes;
drive corrective actions - Maintain provider engine and direct integrations for connectivity and content quality - Oversee operational follow-up: reporting, resolution, and benefit tracking - Coordinate with cross-functional units (Finance, Marketing, CX, Engineering, etc.) on provider and integration topics - Define work prioritisation, assign tasks, and manage day-to-day requests - Coach team through 1:1s, foster growth, assess quality and activity - Support recruiting and onboarding for new team members - Drive adoption of AI to optimize efficiency and content accuracy - Manage supplier meetings and coordination with other teams - Monitor and report team KPIs and individual performance - Lead negotiations and agreements with partners on data protection, SLAs and termsResponsabilidades - +6 years in regular flight distribution - Strong leadership and people management experience - Excellent communication and coordination with partners - Proactive problem-solving mindset and customer-focused - High organisation, detail-orientation, and resilience under pressure - Experience leading diverse skill sets and fostering learning - Excellent English skills - Advanced SQL, Data Studio, MicroStrategy, SQL, BigQuery - Negotiation experience with partners on commercial/technical terms (data protection, liabilities, SLAs) - GDS expertise: Amadeus and Travelport;
BSP familiarity;
knowledge of IATA regulations and travel agency handbook - Experience with airlines processes (refunds, changes, cancellations, ADMs);
