Role Overview
The Product Marketing Manager will lead the alignment of both the product go-to-market strategy and brand objectives to drive sales and end‐user adoption. They will execute day‐to‐day product marketing tasks, launch new products, develop client presentations, support education programs, monitor competitive activity, and form plans to increase global market share.
Responsibilities
Develop effective go‐to‐market sales enablement materials for new product announcements and feature enhancements.
Manage product strategies and plans.
Communicate product value propositions to new and existing customers through presentations, sales flyers, videos, display ads, email marketing campaigns, and more.
Manage product communications internally and externally with support from the Product Communications Manager for release notes.
Assist with ongoing training and education programs, including digital training materials, for existing and new products.
Manage the development and maintenance of brand materials.
Understand Cendyn's competitive landscape and perform market research.
Partner with the product team to ensure brand voice and vision is carried throughout the entire product line(s).
Utilize competitive trade promotion – field visits, market track analysis for product mix, promotions and pricing.
Maintain regular communication with the Demand Generation team to ensure both teams are aligned.
Use the CMS to post blogs and update product content on the website.
Key Metrics
Support meeting and/or exceeding company‐wide go‐to‐market revenue objectives.
Increased product usage.
Increased NPS score(s).
Usage of product marketing assets.
Meet or exceed monthly MQLs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS product marketing is ideal, ideally in travel technology or the hospitality industry.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and skills.
Self‐starter who can work independently and drive projects forward.
Highly organized and flexible, with the ability to multi‐task and thrive under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
Good understanding of digital advertising and event management.
Experience with Salesforce, Adobe, and Microsoft technology stack.
A valid international passport.
