This role offers the opportunity to work in aninternational and dynamic environment, managing bothSpanish and global recruitment projects.Key Responsibilities Managefull-cycle recruitment processesfor clients within the Financial Services, Banking, Insurance and Real Estate sectors. Lead all key phases of the recruitment process autonomously: client briefing, search strategy design, candidate identification, assessment and process closing. Act as themain point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment and continuous communication throughout the process. Evaluate candidates inEnglish and Spanish, managing recruitment processes for both national and international roles. Identify and attractactive and passive candidatesthrough LinkedIn, referrals, job boards and proactive talent sourcing. Build and maintain strongtalent pipelinesfor key roles. Ensure successful delivery of recruitment projects and achievement of definedKPIs.Requirements University degree. 5+ years of experience in recruitment, within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance or Real Estate sectors. Strongbusiness acumenand ability to understand clients' needs and translate them into talent strategies. High level ofEnglish and Spanish(a third language is a plus). Strong client orientation and ability to manage recruitment processes autonomously.
