Job Responsibilities
* Fully responsible for the efficient operations of the Unified Communications service based on Microsoft Teams technology across all Clariant locations, including telephony, video conferencing, and contact center technologies.
* Manage user support, incident management, and resolution processes.
* Lead internal and external IT specialists, maintain business relationships, ensure seamless operations, and provide maintenance and support for the scope of service. Manage local and global suppliers, plan and manage the service budget, and secure user satisfaction and business value.
* Promote a high degree of standardization on global solutions to balance running costs with business needs.
* Design, architect, and roll out unified communication systems, ensuring alignment with organizational, security, and industry best practices, while proactively applying mitigations to technology changes.
Requirements
* Higher education or equivalent degree in information management, computer science, business management, or similar.
* At least 3 to 5 years of experience in service leadership, managing Microsoft Teams telephony, and IT projects in an international environment.
* Certifications in project management (Prince2, PMP, or SCRUM), IT service management (ITIL), and Microsoft technologies are advantageous.
* Ability to respond effectively to IT outages and escalations, and operate in complex technical environments.
* Focus on continuous improvement of service quality and financials, aiming to increase user satisfaction.
* Experience working in international environments and collaborating with regional IT teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to technical solutions improvements.
* Advanced English skills for collaboration across multiple countries.
