The opportunity: The Executive Risk Management function seeks an experienced Risk Management professional to join the Global Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. You will help strengthen EY’s ERM Program by collaborating with leadership and the ERM network to implement proactive risk behaviors that protect and enable growth within the organization’s risk appetite.
A key project involves engaging regional and national ERM networks to enhance existing processes, methodologies, and tools supporting ERM operations. You will support local teams and lead learning and development initiatives across the network. This role is location-agnostic with minimal travel required.
Your key responsibilities:
* Enhance understanding of risk management processes and frameworks, facilitating risk identification and assessment using best practices like COSO and ISO 31000.
* Develop components of the ERM program, including methodologies, risk reporting, Key Risk Indicators, Risk Drivers, and risk appetite.
* Collaborate with Digital RM technology teams to develop, test, and maintain GRC and Power BI analytics tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
* Create and maintain impactful risk reporting templates and dashboards, leveraging data analytics to meet leadership needs.
* Build relationships across risk functions and the ERM network to establish credibility and foster collaboration.
* Lead learning and development initiatives to promote ERM awareness and capabilities organization-wide.
* Support communication strategies, including content preparation, and assist regions and countries in implementing a consistent ERM program.
* Deliver projects on schedule with flexibility to adapt as needed.

Qualifications:
* University degree in Business or Risk Management with at least 3 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
* Proficiency in risk management concepts, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
* Experience working with diverse global teams and influencing stakeholders.
* Experience with GRC tools and reporting software.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred:
* Experience with Power BI.
* Curiosity and willingness to learn new skills.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and work outside standard hours occasionally.
