For an important client based in O Grove – Pontevedra (Spain), we are looking for the following professional profile:
On-Site IT Support Technician
Main responsibilities:
Provide first- and second-level IT support to users
Troubleshoot issues related to personal devices (PCs, smartphones, printers, etc.), operating systems, and email
Handle installation, configuration, and replacement of IT devices
Collaborate with the central IT team to ensure proper management of workstations
Monitor and take charge of tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalating when necessary
Provide support on tools and peripherals related to production and logistics environments (scales, handheld terminals, etc.)
Perform routine maintenance and updates of IT equipment Requirements:
Previous experience in similar on-site technical support roles
Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office 365 suite, and ticketing tools
Strong problem-solving skills, good interpersonal abilities, and customer-oriented approach
Fluency in Spanish and English – the interview will be in English
Work location: O Grove – Pontevedra (Spain)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
