We are seeking an AI Product Lead to define and drive the strategy, vision, and execution of AI products that solve real business challenges and deliver customer value. In this role, you will bridge business goals with technical capabilities, leading the product lifecycle end to end.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI initiatives.
* Conduct research (market, user, competitors) to identify opportunities and pain points.
* Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and priorities.
* Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
* Track adoption, performance, and business impact using data-driven insights.
* Promote ethical and user-centric AI principles (fairness, transparency, explainability).
* Act as a thought leader in Generative AI, applying tools like Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, and DALL·E.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
* 5+ years in product management, ideally in AI/ML or data-driven products.
* Strong knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering.
* Proven record of delivering impactful AI solutions.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Data-driven and customer-focused mindset.
* Experience in aviation or travel industry is a plus.
