We have an exciting opportunity as a Customer Experience Agent.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and monitor the end to end shipment process.
* Coordinate with stakeholders involved in shipments.
* Ensure smooth flow of shipments and provide business solutions with good process understanding.
* Resolve queries promptly with shippers, customers, and key account managers.
* Maintain a customer centric approach, prevent errors, and keep stakeholders informed.
* Engage in cross selling and customer retention efforts.
* Follow SOPs and IOPs, identify deviations, and communicate proactively.
* Participate in conference calls to ensure seamless processes.
* Report on performance metrics and collaborate with teams to strengthen customer relationships.


Candidate Profile

* Solid experience in logistics/supply chain management.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Customer service orientation and result driven attitude.
* Organized, team oriented, and able to work under pressure.
* Understanding of operational processes and a proactive approach.
