About the Job
E-commerce
Own and improve the day-to-day performance of our online store.
• Manage and organize Shopify structure
• Maintain and optimize the online catalogue
• Plan and execute promotions and activations
Conversion Optimization (CRO)
Make the experience smoother, faster and more intuitive.
• Improve UX across key pages
• Optimize checkout flow
• Run A/B tests and iterate based on results
Paid Media & Growth
Drive efficient and scalable acquisition.
• Plan and execute campaigns (Meta & Google)
• Manage budgets and optimize ROAS
• Identify growth opportunities across channels
SEO
Improve organic visibility and long-term growth.
• Optimize on-page SEO (metadata, headings, content, internal linking)
• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities
• Monitor performance (Google Analytics & Search Console)
• Support basic technical SEO audits (indexation, site speed, structure)
• Collaborate with content, design and development to implement improvements
Retention and CRM
Build a relationship with the customer that goes beyond the transaction.
• Define and execute CRM strategy across the full lifecycle
• Own Klaviyo flows and campaigns (email & SMS)
• Segment customers based on behavior and lifecycle
• Identify opportunities to increase LTV and repeat purchase
• Connect CRM with brand, content and in-store experience
• Translate customer data into insights that help people feel better, not just buy more
Analytics & Data
Turn data into clear decisions.
• Analyze funnel performance and conversion
• Use tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar
• Build reports to track growth and identify opportunities
• Build data and digital strategies to streamline processes
What we are looking for
Someone who wants to build and grow with the business with us.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in e-commerce or consumer
brands
• Strong understanding of the full funnel: acquisition, conversion and retention
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Comfortable working with data and turning it into decisions
• Curious mindset, always looking for ways to improve and test
• Ability to move fast, prioritize and focus on what really matters
• Strong attention to detail and care for the customer experience
• Interest in well-being, lifestyle and building something with purpose
• English and Spanish speaking
• Design skills

Compensation
• Base salary: €25,000
• Performance bonus: up to €7,000
• Total potential compensation: up to €32,000
The bonus is based on clear business KPIs and is reviewed and paid on a quarterly
basis. It follows a progressive structure, rewarding both performance and
overperformance.
Bonus Structure
The variable compensation is tied to four key areas of the business:
1. Revenue Growth (40%)
Focus on driving overall online sales.
• Quarterly revenue growth vs agreed targets
2. Conversion & CRO (20%)
Improving the efficiency of the funnel.
• Conversion rate (CVR)
• Checkout completion rate
3. Paid Media Efficiency (20%)
Ensuring sustainable and efficient acquisition.
• ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
4. Retention & CRM (20%)
Building long-term relationships with customers.
• Returning customer rate
• Revenue generated through CRM (Klaviyo)
Working Hours & Schedule
This is a full-time role based in Madrid. Some hours will be working from home and some in store with the team. We don’t see this role as a fixed schedule, but as a responsibility to build and grow
something that matters.
