Build strong relationships with key customers and identify opportunities to grow the business in the north of Spain & Basque Country.Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.Develop and keep account plans up to date, including growth opportunities, risks, and next steps.Review won and lost business to understand what works and where we can improve.Engage different stakeholders and connect proposals to clear business value.Identify internal obstacles and suggest practical improvements.Support commercially sound deal structures that balance growth, risk, pricing, and service performance.Present clear, data-based updates during monthly and quarterly business reviews. Fluency in Spanish & English (company language), Basque is a strong plus.A background in engineering or experience with pneumatic/hydraulic solutons.Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, opportunity-driven mindset.Experience in prospecting and qualifying leads.Confidence in consultative selling and understanding customer needs.The ability to communicate value clearly and influence stakeholders.Experience in objection handling and negotiation.Strong opportunity and pipeline management skills.Good CRM and sales process discipline, ideally in Salesforce.Strong self-management skills and the ability to stay resilient.
