Account Manager Executive (German-speaking) High Tech Industry Remote in Spain

About the Role
Join one of the world's leading names in the High Tech and IT industry as a German‐speaking Account Manager Executive. You'll manage and grow client relationships with HP Inc. (HPI) end users driving business opportunities and ensuring first‐class account service. This role combines strategic relationship management with inside sales excellence giving you the freedom to work from anywhere in Spain.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and expand trusted relationships with German‐speaking end‐user clients.
Identify sales growth opportunities, design account strategies and optimize results.
Collaborate closely with marketing operations and product specialists.
Deliver accurate reporting, forecasting and CRM updates for your accounts.
Represent the brand with professional standards of communication and service quality.
Requirements
Native‐level German and fluent English (minimum B2).
Prior experience in inside sales account management or B2B development.
Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
Background in tech IT or high‐tech solutions preferred.
Based in Spain (EU passport or valid Spanish work permit required).
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: 21600 gross / year
Bonus: Up to 7400 gross / year based on performance
Relocation Bonus: Up to 500 relocation support (for new joiners moving from outside Spain)
Paid during your first or second full month on payroll
Full refund if you leave within 6 months, 50% refund if leaving between 7 to 12 months
