Role Overview
Art Director Senior (English proficient) to lead the creation of high‑creative‑standard campaigns. Requires creativity, leadership and excellent communication.
Responsibilities
Design and direct campaigns that reflect brand essence and capture target audience attention.
Develop innovative concepts and visuals that combine storytelling, design and technology for impactful experiential campaigns.
Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, producers and other internal teams to ensure seamless integration of ideas and execution.
Communicate concepts and proposals clearly, persuasively and professionally.
Stay current with the latest trends in design, marketing, technology and emerging tools to incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
Requirements
5‑6 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent eye for art direction and video editing.
Ability to understand communication for different target audiences.
Understanding of the functioning of different media to deliver 360 responses in campaigns.
Fluency in Adobe tools, both offline and online. Knowledge of Motion Graphics valued.
Experience with AI environments and integration in work is valued.
High level of English; must conceptualize directly in English.
