**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
Analyzes Marketing Data; develops and optimizes marketing functions that promote a company's business, brand, products, and services.
**_W _**_e need someone like you to help us in different fronts _**:
- Develop analytical processes to effectively link marketing strategies to business impact.
- Translate data ambiguity into insights that drives impact.
- Unify sales and marketing data to create a holistic vision of the customer
- Support Lifetime value calculations to help improve ROI.
- Lead efforts for senior management dashboard creation
**WHAT DO WE NEED**
**Basic Requirements**:
- Min 5 year experience in a similar role for a multinational corporation
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- Fluency in English / Spanish.
- Ability to collaborate successfully with internal teams, multiple senior stakeholders and deliver results.
- Hands on experience working with large data-sets for reporting/dashboarding
- Experience with Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, content square, Adobe stack or similar technologies.
**Advanced Requirements**:
- Experience with Azure/AWS and databricks for database management
- Fluency in Portugues/Polish
- Experience with marketing/sales campaigns
