Key Account Manager – VW Group Brands Europe This Challenge Awaits You. Would you like to help develop IAV's business and strengthen the bond with our most important customer? Then sales is the right place for you! Through your growing network with decision-makers at customer level, you will bring our customer closer to IAV and our offering. With your work, you will contribute to the definition and implementation of our customer strategy and define our sales targets based on customer needs and sales opportunities. Your success ensures IAV's high competitiveness and gives our technology-driven employees a perspective!
Your Tasks
You are responsible for the account strategy of several European clients
You establish contacts across several levels and areas of the client
You lead interdisciplinary bid teams to win large projects
You determine competitive bid prices and negotiate large bids (target pricing)
You define measures to grow sales and increase competitiveness
You are part of the VW Group sales team and use overarching synergies from cooperation with other key and account managers within the brand and the Group
You work out IAV's USP together with the technological areas and analyze and realize new business opportunities from AI to cylinder deactivation
Necessary Skills
Completed studies in natural sciences, engineering or economics, preferably, but not necessarily with a doctorate
Several years of experience in the acquisition of development services
Knowledge of the processes and corporate culture of the VW Group
Good contacts in the brands of the VW Group
Curiosity, enjoyment of relationship management and change
Desired Skills
