You will join an international team of experts at our marketing HQ in Berlin Mitte, working in a hybrid or fully remote setup.
As (Senior) Media Buyer (Social Media), you'll be a key part of our Performance Marketing team, helping to scale volume and performance.
Responsibilities :
* Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms;
* Strategically allocate media budgets (6–7 figures monthly) to meet performance targets (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.);
* Conduct A / B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and placements;
* Stay updated with trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices;
* Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Product Development, Business Intelligence, Adtech, Creative Design);
* Monitor, measure, and analyze social media campaigns and content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Your profile :
* Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in media buying, focusing on paid social traffic;
* Proven success managing high-budget performance campaigns;
* Deep knowledge of ad formats, targeting, bidding strategies, and attribution models on relevant platforms;
* Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics platforms;
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies;
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus;
* Self-starter with ownership and accountability;
* Independent, motivated, and open to learning new topics;
* Experience with social media management and analytics tools;
* Creative with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly;
* Capable of working independently, in teams, under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
