What are we looking for?
We are recruiting a Oligonucleotide Analytical Chemistry Senior Scientist to join the R&D team at one of our plants located in Azuqueca de Henares.
The challenge!
As Sr. Scientist, Oligonucleotide Analytical Chemistry, you and your team will play an important role in the analysis and quality control of oligonucleotide therapeutics pipeline. You will develop and execute advanced analytical methods for a diversity of synthetic oligonucleotide modalities to help accelerate pipeline and platform technology ambitions.
Specific responsibilities
* Develop and deploy robust analytical methods to support in-house oligonucleotide synthesis, including novel chemistries and conjugates.
* Use advanced LC/MS-MS capabilities to fully characterize novel synthetic oligonucleotides and related species in low-and high-throughput settings
* Help design and manage key data pipelines. xqysrnh
* Collaborate internally and externally, representing Oligonucleotide Analytical Chemistry on project.
* Support analytical investigations, including root cause analysis, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
* Participate in hiring, mentoring and training of junior team members, ensuring knowledge
