Your Role
We are looking for a Maintenance Controller for the Maintenance team, who will report to the Maintenance Manager at the Els Monjos plant.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of spare parts and stock supply in collaboration with suppliers, in line with the plant's Safety, Industrial Safety, Quality, and Environmental guidelines.
You will also oversee budget control activities, including the review and analysis of deviations, and lead negotiations with internal and external suppliers to ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
What you will do
Carry out
SAP control and analysis to monitor compliance with monthly and annual objectives and budgets.
Create maintenance purchase orders, extendable to other departments, following Affinity's mandatory compliance clauses, and ensure correct goods receipt and cost allocation in the system.
Review incidents reported via FIORI related to maintenance Purchase Order (PO) invoices, resolving the issues reported on the platform.
Write and create Technical Work Instructions related to the launch of orders in
SAP. Update the
SAP Technical Instructions (IT) database.
Create new suppliers in
SAP, ensure their proper management, and negotiate with existing suppliers.
Manage and analyze risks related to accidents and non-conformities with suppliers, reporting and analyzing discrepancies and action plans to resolve incidents.
Participate in the management and compliance of Safety and Environmental standards.
Implement continuous improvement actions and lead projects related to the spare parts warehouse.
Create, report, and analyze KPIs of the technical warehouse, such as warehouse value, spare parts turnover, and consumables standardization.
Maintenance Key User in the spare parts management module,
SAP (stocks).
Manage Purchase Orders (PO) for investment CAPEX assigned to Maintenance, tracking expenditure against the allocated annual budget.
What we are looking for
Proven experience in administration or finance, ideally with more than 2 years in a related or equivalent position
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration (ADE), or similar
Fluent in English and Spanish
