MISSION
Drive the HR strategy regionally as a strategic business partner. This role focuses on HR support for stores in Andalucía and Canarias, ensuring effective talent management, fostering a positive organizational culture, and ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws to meet business goals.
Responsibilities:
* Organizational Diagnosis: Assess and improve regional performance.
* HR Processes: Manage HR processes from start to finish.
* Advisory Role: Guide leaders and employees on HR matters.
* Excellence Initiatives: Promote initiatives in culture, talent management, workforce planning, and competency development.
* Communication: Facilitate effective communication at all levels.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies and labor regulations.
* KPI Monitoring: Track metrics like turnover, absenteeism, and policy compliance.
* Regional Focus: Oversee HR activities in Andalucía and Canarias.
Requirements:
* University degree
* 3-4 years of experience in a similar role or as a Zone Coordinator
* Key Competencies: Customer orientation, results orientation, organizational and planning skills, analytical thinking, teamwork, initiative, proactive, effective communication
* Fluent in Spanish and English
