Work arrangement This position is based fully on-site (no remote) at our EU HQ office (Cornella, Barcelona). Why join us? - Join the European digital ecosystem team of a fast-growing integral automotive brand. - Lead the operational lifecycle of connected services and in-vehicle digital features across EU markets. - Play a key role in subscription growth, digital feature monetization, and user engagement optimization. - Work closely with HQ R&D, Product, IT, and Legal teams on multi-country digital rollouts. - Contribute directly to building a scalable and compliant digital services platform in Europe. - Long-term development opportunities within a global automotive group. Key responsibilities - Support lifecycle operations of in-vehicle digital services and companion mobile applications across European markets. - Coordinate digital feature launches and OTA-related rollouts, ensuring operational readiness for multi-country implementation. - Manage connected services operational setup for new European market entries. - Ensure digital service operations comply with EU data privacy and digital regulatory requirements. - Monitor key performance indicators including activation rate, DAU/MAU, subscription penetration, and churn. - Optimize the onboarding journey from vehicle delivery to digital service activation to improve user engagement and retention. - Support the execution of user engagement initiatives to drive digital feature adoption and subscription growth. - Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track connected services performance. - Conduct behavioral data analysis on vehicle and app usage to identify trends and operational improvement opportunities. - Provide regular performance reports and insights to EU and HQ stakeholders. - Support localization of digital services based on European regulations and user behavior patterns. - Assist with payment integration and digital service billing operations within European markets. - Coordinate telecom, content, and third-party digital partnerships as required. - Collaborate closely with HQ R&D, Product, IT, and Legal teams to ensure alignment and issue resolution. - Support dealer enablement initiatives related to digital services activation and customer onboarding. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or above. - 3+ years of experience in connected services, digital product operations, telematics, or automotive digital ecosystem roles. - Experience working in European markets is required. - Familiarity with subscription business models and digital feature monetization is preferred. - Experience using analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. - Strong KPI management and analytical capability. - Understanding of EU GDPR and digital compliance frameworks. - Strong cross-cultural communication skills and experience supporting multi-country rollouts. - Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus. - Results-oriented, resilient under pressure, adaptable to change, with strong learning agility and innovative mindset.
