YOUR NEW ROLE
During your internship in Mango you will have the opportunity to work in a strategic and transformational project. Also, you will be supporting the corporate talent team and you will get the opportunity to partner daily with different business areas while also being part of a global company that delivers in a fast-paced environment.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES:
- Support in the Onboarding process.
- Support in the management of training courses, list of attendees, course evaluations, preparation of the necessary documentation, negotiations with the tripartite foundation and training database management.
- Administrate and organize different functional trainings in HQ.
- Coordinate specific training requests on demand for employees.
- Support in the implementation of the Learning & Development projects and partnership with HR partners.
- Follow up with the results and areas of improvement within the area.
ABOUT YOU:
- A Grade or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Project management experience will be an asset.
- Fluency in English, spoken, written, read, and understanding to be able to interact with international colleagues is required.
- Avanced in MS Office, specially in Excel and Powerpoint.
- A passionate, motivated, and positive thinking person.
- A strong sense of initiative and communication skills.
- A great self-organization and team spirit.
