This position reports directly to the bBusiness Unit Manager /b and plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence, production performance and the continuous development of the plant organization. /ppbr/ppbPosition Summary /b /ppThe Plant Manager is responsible for the overall management of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production operations, high product quality, cost control, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
