About the role
To assist the Trade Marketing Manager in coordinating the implementation of effective category and product planograms, in store & outdoor branding and POSM, in-store promotion activities with the Regional Sales team which will deliver overall increased sales growth and profit for Almarai.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate planogram schedules to ensure continuous updates and optimal presentation of Almarai fridges and rented category spaces.
Ensure all Almarai products are merchandised according to essential merchandising standards.
Oversee the requirements, implementation, and maintenance of campaign POS materials and NPD listings across targeted sub‑channels.
Manage event coordination and sponsorship requests to support product awareness initiatives.
Handle local supplier coordination, including preparing and submitting necessary documentation to Head Office, CPD, and Finance.
Support in‑store branding and POSM project execution in collaboration with regional sales and merchandising teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of experience in FMCG marketing or sales promotion.
Experience in category management is required.
