The adecuado candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, advanced technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create exceptional user experiences.Experience in:Designing intuitive and attractive user interfaces for web applications, mobile apps, and dashboards (back-office)Developing and maintaining consistent and scalable design systemsCollaborating with developers, product managers, and other designers to ensure design consistency and qualityConducting user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisionsCreating w
