We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Operations Coordinator to support our IT operations across multiple international offices. The successful candidate will work closely with both the IT Service Manager and the Finance Manager to ensure that all IT activities are properly planned, documented, and efficiently executed.
This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys bringing structure and organization to complex environments and ensuring that all employees have the tools and resources they need to perform effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee IT asset management – including laptops, UPS units, and server components – ensuring proper inventory, lifecycle tracking, and timely replacements.
Plan and maintain stock levels for critical IT equipment (e.g., UPS batteries) to minimize emergency travel and downtime.
Coordinate IT purchasing, vendor communication, and invoice tracking.
Support IT budgeting, expense monitoring, and reporting – including hardware, software, and cloud subscriptions (Azure, AWS, GitLab, etc.)
Maintain accurate documentation for licenses, warranties, and equipment configurations.
Track IT support tickets and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Assist in coordinating IT projects and facilitating communication across offices in Houston, Oslo, and Lucena.
Identify inefficiencies in IT processes and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Proficiency with Excel, documentation systems, and IT ticketing tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience communicating with international teams or IT staff.
Knowledge of basic IT infrastructure (servers, laptops, networks, UPS systems).
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in IT administration, asset management, or operations support.
Familiarity with inventory management and purchasing workflows.
