To strengthen our Customer Service-department within Tosca, we are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Customer Service & Asset Specialist!
As the primary point of contact for our customers
across the UK & Ireland
, we’re looking for a
Customer Service & Asset Specialist
to join our team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth and positive customer experience — from onboarding and order‑to‑invoice coordination to reliable day‑to‑day support.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal departments, helping to solve customer needs efficiently while contributing to continuous improvement and quality across our processes.
For this role, we expect the new colleague to work from either our office in Schelle (Belgium) OR our Madrid office OR our office in Milan.
Customer Relationship Management & Support
Act as the primary point of contact for customers in UK & Ireland, ensuring prompt and professional support.
Manage the customer onboarding process, providing seamless and high-quality experience to build long-term relationships.
Support customers in reporting and resolving quality issues, working closely with the Quality Department until full resolution.
Data & Process Administration
Maintain and update customer master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency in customer service, order management, and asset tracking
For us, motivation and willingness to learn are more important than many years of customer service experience or another relevant field.
You have excellent written and spoken English skills. Knowledge of Spanish or another language is considered a plus.
You are familiar with the MS Office package. Training and thorough onboarding are provided for our internal software.
