About the role:
As a Guided Surgery Services Coordinator for the Italian market, you will serve as the primary liaison to referring dentists, managing all aspects of Level I and II treatment planning. Responsibilities include evaluating CBCT scans, developing treatment plans for various case complexities, and presenting viable options during virtual consultations. You will also provide technical support, product demonstrations, and installation assistance for the ZimVie Digital Dentistry portfolio, including guided surgery software, CAD tools, 3D printing, and integration with existing customer systems. The position is based in Barcelona.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Use treatment planning software to create implant treatment plans efficiently.
2. Present treatment options directly to dentists remotely, ensuring restorative-based plans using current patient anatomy.
3. Handle incoming technical support queries from customers in designated markets.
4. Act as an intermediary between customers and second-level support to resolve complex technical issues.
5. Assist with the installation and training of software and hardware remotely.
6. Follow up with customers and colleagues on training and system updates.
7. Ensure new technologies are integrated effectively and that you possess and transfer expert product knowledge.
8. Maintain an in-depth understanding of digital dentistry procedures and assist with tech support as needed.
What you’ll need:
* Dental professional (dentist, lab technician, or dental assistant) with experience in dental implant surgery or restorative procedures. Experience with Guided Surgery Planning Software and IT/Dental CAD/CAM is a plus.
* Fluency in English and Italian; additional European languages are a plus.
* Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
* Attention to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
