MISSIONTake responsibility to ensure a continuous satisfied level of quality of Software Releases, work products and software development process within the Business Units. To lead and introduce changes and improvements on procedures and instructions related to SW development process into the organization.GENERAL FUNCTIONSPerform Milestone checks during a release cycle and judge the quality of the release.Guarantee that Quality processes (SPICE, ISO 26262 (ASIL), Polyspace, Misra, etc) are followed and implemented in timeCommunicate, coach and support development and test teams/individuals on quality related items.Create, maintain and conduct training sessions on processes and procedures.Encourage the employees to use the appropriate directives for SW development.Analyse and report on Software Metrics.Perform SW supplier audits based on project demands.Assist in customer audits (Mainly SPICE audits) when requested.Initiate and monitor escalation activities when needed.Produce and present Quality reports.Encourage the employees to file relevant Lessons Learned and close the learning cycles by driving the Lesson Learned process.Monitor and report on the performance of SW suppliers including SW incoming quality control.Participate with the analysis and elicitation of process quality requirements.Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices.
