Job Description: Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? We offer more than 60 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain, with DISCOVER II 2025/2026 starting on October 1st, 2025. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
What does this internship consist in? Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to develop as professionals of the future. You will study a Master, organized in three training blocks, complemented by an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The internship starts in early October 2025 and lasts 11 months (August is not in scope). It is a full-time experience (40h/week) with an attractive study grant.
Internship Details
The selected candidate will join the Engineering Services Community, an organization with a strong focus on Customer Services Support. The main objective of the role is to support the digitalization and automatization of Business Management processes by:
* Supporting in the preparation and data analysis.
* Supporting performance monitoring.
* Supporting customized KPIs and dashboards (datastudio/skywise).
The candidate will have the opportunity:
* To learn about Business Management Process (workload/workforce, subcontracting, resources management, etc.).
* To work in a transnational organization, participating in multifunctional teams on improvement projects.
* To understand the way of working in Customer Services.
* To participate in the deployment of digitalization and automatization to improve performance and efficiency.
* To support the deployment of new Business Management tools (BOM1).
Required skills
As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* Degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business Management/Data Analyst.
* English: negotiation level; Spanish: minimum level B1.
* Google tools, including coding in Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel.
* General knowledge in Programming (e.g., Python).
* General knowledge in Data Analyst tools.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Team spirit and strong collaboration skills.
* Ability to work in complex and international environments.
* Proactive working style.
* Basic understanding of aircraft, product and development process is welcome but not mandatory.
