We are looking for a proactive and qualified Business Developer to drive growth in the Hospitality and Commercial Real Estate sectors in Spain. This strategic role is essential for identifying market needs, building long‑term relationships with key stakeholders (including end customers, partners, engineering firms, and industry associations), and supporting the adoption and integration of our value proposition.

Your key responsibilities

- Identify and engage with key customers in the Hospitality and Commercial Real Estate sectors to understand their needs and challenges, and demonstrate how our solutions can help them achieve their goals.
- Position and specify our holistic solutions at the customer level, while also supporting engineering firms and partners.
- Develop tailored value propositions and support the entire lifecycle from opportunity identification to technical validation and post‑execution follow‑up during the service phase.
- Create a growth strategy for both verticals, aligned with our Go‑to‑Market approach and optimal sales channels. Monitor and report on success KPIs.
- Collaborate with headquarters to communicate the specific needs of the Spanish market.
- Represent the company at industry events and associations, positioning SI B as the market leaders.
- Organize training sessions on our value proposition for both internal teams and external stakeholders in the Hospitality and Commercial Real Estate sectors.

What you bring

- Minimum 3 years experience in technical sales, pre‑sales, or application engineering within the building technologies sector.
- Solid understanding of the Hospitality and Commercial Real Estate markets.
- Familiarity with smart building technologies, sustainability trends, and digital solutions.
- Strong skills in teamwork, relationship building, communication, and presentation.
- High level of proficiency in English.
- Willingness and availability to travel as needed.
